Suwa Taisha Shimosha Akimiya joins the route, bringing together three temples and one shrine.
Golden ginkgo, garden maples, crimson leaves, and shrine architecture touched by autumn light. Move slowly through each sacred place and encounter the prayer culture that has long lived in Suwa.

An old temple welcomed by a pair of golden ginkgo trees. Buppo Shoryu-ji is known as one of the three Yakushi temples visited by the lords of Suwa.
In autumn, the ginkgo leaves cover the grounds in gold, creating a quiet moment of history and seasonal beauty.
Garden maples | Suwa City
A family temple of the Suwa lords, known for maples that wrap the garden in color. It preserves the Yakushi Nyorai of Kamisuwa Onsen and sacred traditions connected to Suwa faith.

Crimson maples and stone steps | Chino City
A famous autumn-leaf spot in Suwa, colored by vivid crimson maples. Choen-ji is also known as one of the three Yakushi temples visited by the lords of Suwa.

Night light-up is held on Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays only.
